This Week at the Market: 5/28

This week at the Market, our Chef-in-Residence, Gina Guthrie will be giving a free cooking demonstration using fresh ingredients from our farmers. At the end of the cooking demonstration comes the fun part-- tasting! You can ask her questions about nutrition and cooking techniques and this is an easy way to try something new. We will have plenty of meat this week. Riverbend Heritage Farm will be bringing chicken, pork, and beef. Suzie Q is bringing pork. Apple Orchard Farm is bringing beef and pork. Opening Day at the Market!

Opening Day time & place Opening Day at the Mount Holly Farmers Market is back again-- this Saturday, May 14, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We are in the same location as last year, which is the parking lot of Manor on Main at 226 S. Main St., Mount Holly, NC. What our farmers are bringing to Market We have many of the same farmer friends returning this year, as well as some exciting new faces.
